With SoftPerfect Personal Firewall you can filter packets based on user-defined rules, create rules based on non-IP protocols (like ARP), apply a rule for just a connection, or apply separate rules for multiple network adapters. SoftPerfect Personal Firewall comes with a set of predefined rules. When it detects an unknown packet, it prompts you for an action.
